Step by step
About 90 minutes, start to finish
Your new patient appointment is booked for 80 minutes. Allow about 90 minutes from arrival to departure.
Before you arrive
Complete your intake forms online. Eat a light meal, skip caffeine right before, and wear loose clothing that rolls above the knees and elbows.
The conversation · 30 min
We talk through your main concern and the bigger picture — sleep, digestion, energy, stress, history. Then tongue and pulse diagnosis.
The treatment · 40 min
Fine needles are placed and rest for 20–30 minutes while you relax under a warm blanket. Cupping, gua sha or moxa are added as needed .
Your plan
We walk you through what we observed and what it means, then recommend a plan for the weeks ahead — how often to come in, and whether a herbal formula, nutrition guidance or supplements would support your recovery. You'll know exactly what comes next.
Afterward
Most people feel calm, a little dreamy and lighter. Drink water, take it easy that evening, and over the next 24–48 hours notice what shifts — pain easing, stiffness loosening and movement feeling freer, digestion and bowel movements settling into a better rhythm, sleep deepening, or energy and mood simply lifting. These small changes are the treatment doing its work; tell us what you noticed and we'll fine-tune your plan from there.
