Your privacy matters. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact the clinic or join our mailing list.

Website inquiries
When you submit our contact form, we use your name, email address, phone number, contact preference and message to respond to your inquiry. The message is delivered to the clinic’s email inbox through our email delivery provider. This form is for general questions and scheduling help, not detailed medical histories, health records or emergencies.
Mailing-list subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe, we store your email address and any contact details you provide so we can send clinic news and wellness updates. Joining the mailing list is optional and is separate from receiving care. You can request removal by contacting the clinic.
Appointments and patient information
Appointments and intake forms are handled through Jane, separately from this website’s contact form. Please provide your detailed health history through your Jane intake forms and during your visit. Jane’s own privacy information and the clinic’s patient privacy notices apply to those processes. This website notice does not replace a Notice of Privacy Practices for clinical care.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and navigation. Google may process technical information such as browser and device details, page URLs and approximate location, and may use cookies. We do not intentionally send contact-form fields or messages to Google Analytics. Our website also uses browser storage to remember when you dismiss the mailing-list popup and to support staff sign-in. Browser privacy settings and Google’s analytics opt-out tools can limit tracking.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting, email delivery and mailing-list storage providers process information to operate these services. Our site also includes a Google Maps map and links to Jane, Fullscript and social media; those services have their own privacy practices. Avoid sharing sensitive information through general website messages or social media.
Keeping information safe
No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or unsubscribe, contact us. Clinical record requests and any applicable retention requirements are handled separately.
