Cupping + Gua Sha

Time-honored techniques to release tension, boost circulation and clear stagnation.

What it is

The technique

Cupping uses glass or silicone cups to create gentle suction that lifts tissue and increases blood flow. Gua sha uses a smooth tool stroked across the skin to release fascia. Both leave temporary marks — a sign of improved circulation, not bruising — that fade within 3–7 days.

Helps with

Common uses

Muscle tension, back and neck pain, tight shoulders, colds and congestion, athletic recovery.
