Acupuncture

Hair-thin needles placed at precise points to regulate the nervous system, relieve pain and restore balance.

What it is

The technique

Acupuncture uses sterile, single-use needles — thinner than a strand of hair — placed at specific points to influence circulation, the nervous system and the body's own healing response. Most people feel a dull, pleasant heaviness rather than pain.

Helps with

Common uses

Pain, headaches, stress, sleep, digestion, allergies, women's health and more.

Your session

What to expect

New patient appointments are booked for 80 minutes; plan for about 90 minutes from arrival to departure, including intake and your first treatment. Follow-ups are 50–60 minutes. Needles rest for 20–30 minutes while you relax in a warm, quiet room.
